Administration

Account Service Coordinators process incoming RFPs, sold business, coordinate external and internal inquiries, and provide rating and clerical support to sales and underwriting Elite teams.

In order to bind coverage a completed and signed proposal must be received which includes a special enrollee form (if applicable), disclosure statement, signature page, updated aggregate claims (if applicable), and other data specified in the qualifications section of the issued proposal. The first month’s premium must also be submitted.

Once the above information is received and approved by the underwriter, a sold case checklist with data specifications necessary for issue and policy generation will be emailed for completion. Upon receipt of the completed checklist the case will be bound and premium will be applied. If the account is self-billed premium statements will be e-mailed.

Documents

When the final information is received by Elite, the underwriter will review and sign.
