A Stop-Loss Specific Policy limits the employer's exposure on an individual claim basis. With this coverage, a cap is placed on how much the employer will pay in the event of a catastrophic claim. Once this deductible is exceeded, the Stop-Loss carrier assumes responsibility for charges in excess of the cap for the remainder of the plan year. Maximum benefit level as high as $5 million.
Realizing that clients have different needs, different demographics, different paid claims experience and different plan design preferences, we can tailor policy features with aggregate specific options, various contract basis, family deductible and other creative solutions with our various carrier relationships.
